ABOUT THIS COLLEGE

Objectives
The Polytechnic has been designed to train supervisory manpower. This supervisory man power is to be sandwiched between the technicians (trained by I.T.I.'s) and the Engineers. Through the Polytechnic level, institution is to train fundamentally good supervisors as per the needs of the industry, the emphasis, in Polytechnic education is laid on to strengthen the theoretical background as well as practical training. The Polytechnic trainees are to be trained in such a fashion that they develop self confidence in order to be successful supervisors and be good entrepreneurs. For such purpose, the industrial personnel have to be invited to deliver lectures to Polytechnic students and arranging industrial visits in order to have good exposure to the industrial environment.
