Message to indian Industry

An Industry is nothing but a machine for me which produces a particular type of things required for some purpose by the society. It uses the raw material to produce the finish product with the help of already developed tools/machinery and man power. This process can be improved all the time if the manpower is trained properly and regularly using updated technologies and machinery and can be further developed by R & D. Technical Institute if attached with the industry can train the manpower with latest technology.Thus we should attach these institutes with the industry just like Medical college attached with the hospital.
